WordPress Maintenance -- Legacy

Tiong Creative is no longer offering Maintenance plans or maintenance blocks for WordPress websites. Any maintenance required including plugin, theme and core updates will be quoted on request, and invoiced at our current hourly rate.

For existing customers on legacy plans below, they will continue until cancelled by customer or by Tiong Creative (at end of current periods).

Legacy Plans Information below:

Maintenance Block A - $240* AUD (6 months)

— only available for Sites hosted on David Tiong (Tiong Creative) Managed WordPress Hosting -- legacy plans only

Maintenance Block inclusions

• 6 maintenance windows to update plugins and WordPress core
• support via email with most response times within 1-3 business days.
• incoming requests are scheduled based on a priority rating, with most completion times within 5-7 business days.
• up to 3 urgent plugin update maintenance windows (due to disclosed vulnerability)

General hosting maintenance inclusions (included in the yearly hosting pricing)

• daily website backup with restore from backup option
• daily malware scanning
• WordPress core updates

All other maintenance requests (additional billing incurred)

• 10% off current hourly rate** for all other maintenance requests including theme updates, technical or functional issues, content changes issues, compatibility issues, changing configurations for plugins or WordPress, formatting or style changes, remote support, integrations

Maintenance Block B - $360* AUD (6 months)

— only available for Sites hosted on client's own Managed WordPress Hosting (Pressidium or Flywheel only) -- legacy plans only

Maintenance Block inclusions

• 6 maintenance windows to update plugins and WordPress core
• support via email with most response times within 1-3 business days.
• incoming requests are scheduled based on a priority rating, with most completion times within 5-7 business days.
• 1 urgent plugin update maintenance windows (due to disclosed vulnerability)

All other maintenance requests (additional billing incurred)
