Tiong Creative offers options for helping you learn how to use your website. We also provide support in related areas.
- Online consultations and training sessions are available by appointment only. Billing is in hourly increments at $150 per hour.
- We also offer the option to create video tutorials to help you with editing your website. These videos may be up to 15 minutes in length and are billed at $75 per video.

Training Blocks
Online Training Block via Zoom - $300* AUD 3 hours
Training Block inclusions:
- online screen sharing / conference calls via Zoom software
- can be taken as 2 x 1.5-hour sessions, or 3 x 1-hour sessions
Video Tutorial Training Block - $150* AUD
Training Block inclusions:
- 3 x 5-10 minute video tutorials, uploaded to Vimeo for client to access
