WordPress Users Access

When we create a WordPress website, we provide login access to the designated members of your team. The level of access is a modified editor level that enables you to create and edit pages and posts, manage your SEO settings, as well as access some other key areas.

We strongly recommend that you safeguard your login details and that you use two factor authentication to access your site for added security.

If there is an area of your WordPress dashboard that you cannot access, that you need to, then please contact our support team to discuss further. We can increase your level of access, or even make you an administrator for your site. However we initially limit your level of access, predominantly for security but also to prevent accidental or intentional changes that may impact the site design or functionality.

Important note regarding increased access levels and admin access:

• if we increase your level of access, then any design or functionality issues that arise may not always be able to be attributed to changes to configurations, settings, plugins, or customisations made by you (or anyone you have provided the access to) or whether these issues are due to conflicts with general updating of plugins, themes or WordPress.
• therefore, if any issues arise that require Tiong Creative to assist with rectifying, then this will be invoiced at the current full hourly rate of Tiong Creative according to our terms of service.
• if you are currently paying for a maintenance block, then the inclusions/exclusions and general terms continue to apply.
