Website Hosting Access

Website Hosting is either organised directly by you (the client) or with the help of Tiong Creative. Tiong Creative no longer offer website hosting as a reseller but are able to provide advice on possible options.

Legacy Hosting Service for existing hosting subscriptions

If we are providing you the hosting service, and you are paying us a yearly hosting fee, then we can provide you a limited access to your hosting account.

For Managed WordPress Hosting (legacy hosting service only for existing hosting subscriptions)

• If you request access we will activate an invitation for you to collaborate (access) on your website hosting which will be sent by email. You then create a free account with that hosting provider (Flywheel or Pressidium) to enable access to the website hosting (managed via Tiong Creative).

For other website hosting eg, cPanel (legacy hosting service only for existing hosting subscriptions):

• We can provide you with direct access to your cPanel account to enable access to the website hosting (managed via Tiong Creative).
